Job Summary$5000 Signing Bonus, if eligible; Hybrid (In-Person & Remote); Full Time Day 8am - 4:30pm; Monday - Friday; REQUIRES: Active PA Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure; Outpatient AdultJob DutiesAssesses patient needs and abilities and  develops treatment plans to facilitate improved patient functioning/symptom resolution.
