Working under minimal supervision, the Counselor will be an integral part of the healthcare team, responsible for delivering integrated, short-term, patient-focused assessment, intake, and counseling services to patients at the Community Health Center of Yavapai (CHCY) in an outpatient setting.  We have openings in our Prescott, Prescott Valley, Cottonwood and Ash Fork locations.   The ideal candidate will possess training and experience working across the lifespan, including pediatric patients.  Bilingual in English/Spanish
