JOB SUMMARYDirector of Nursing is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the nursing practice and clinical services for Baylor Scott and White Health (BSWH). Provides clinical leadership across all patient care settings, both inpatient and outpatient, within assigned area of responsibility which may include one or more hospitals, clinics, or other BSWH healthcare facilities. May oversee the operations of patient care service areas which could include social services, ambulatory care, cardiology, respiratory, rehabilitation, pharmacy, emergency medicine, and other nursing or clinical support functions.
