Job Description Provide short-term psychotherapeutic services including individual, martial, family, and group treatment. Conduct initial biopsychosocial assessments for patients seeking behavioral health services to determine need for treatment of behavioral issues. Complete and analyze evidenced based screening tools and assessments. Provides individual, group and family counseling for patients. Along with patient, develop treatment plans for patient, including clear problem statement, treatment goal(s), with measurable, relevant objectives for a range of behavioral health concerns.
