Job Description Position supports the Hospital Elder Life Program (HELP) a proactive delirium prevention program providing direct services to patients on the medical units of the hospital. The position works in conjunction with a team of volunteers, directed and trained by the position, to provide reorientation techniques, sleep hygiene education and care reminders for patients.
