SShift: PRN-weekends, hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Commitment of 3 shifts per month.Provides social work services to patients in an acute care setting for patients with acute, chronic or terminal illnesses and their families. Services to patients and their families include: identification of psychosocial needs, psychosocial assessment, discha
